Sticks and Stones
In 2015, the SAA set a challenge to create a world record for the largest number of paintings exhibited under one roof. Each painting or drawing had to fit a standard Trade Card size (2.5 x 3.5 in, or 6.4 x 8.9 cm) and you could submit as many as you liked, with the suggestion of doing at least three. This drawing was one of the three I submitted and it was brilliant to see them exhibited with all the others on display boards at the SAA headquarters and at roadshows in 2016. The final total of paintings and drawings submitted? 32,283.
