Robin in the Snow
This pastel painting of a Robin on a Shovel Handle is from one of the advanced kits of art tutor Colin Bradley, which is perhaps surprising given how straightforward it seems to be. It did require 12 pastel pencil colours. As it is from a tutorial workshop, this painting does not form part of my ‘Bird on a Perch’ series. Happily, this one was sold – to a gardener whose allotment was repeatedly visited by the same robin for a while.
